SUMMER SWIM TEAM

Summer Swim Team is run by Pacific Swim Team under supervision of United States registered coaches. All four competitive strokes covered. Swimmers will be divided by their age and ability, enabling them to do the appropriate stroke with emphasis on further competitive stroke coaching. Games and drills will be taught while having fun and building endurance.

Swimmers may swim at any of the workouts. The beginner practice is 1/2 hour while the advanced workout is an hour. We recommend swimming 3 times a week.

There are two optional swim meets during the Summer introducting your child to competitive swimming with awards.
